当院での治療は患者さまとの間には診察の意思疎通が重要なので通訳、翻訳アプリでの会話は不十分で治療に支障をきたします。初診時は日本語通訳者と必ずご同伴のご来院をお願いします。
2回目より電話での日本語通訳をよろしくお願いいたします。

Since communication of consultation is important between patients and our clinic, interpreters and translation applications are inadequate and will interfere with the treatment. Please be sure to come to the clinic with a Japanese interpreter for your first visit.
From the second time onwards, we would appreciate it if you could provide a Japanese interpretation over the phone.
