台風や雨の日に原因不明の頭痛や膝の痛みに悩んでいませんか？

こうした天気に連動して起きる痛みを「天気痛」といいます。
さらに、痛みだけでなく、気圧や気温、さらに湿度の変化が大きく影響して起こる症状全般を気象病といいます。
気象病とは、気圧や気温など気象の変化により、人体が影響を受けて、様々な体調不良があらわれたり、症状が悪化する病気の総称をいいます。

〇原因
【気象病や天気痛】は、自律神経の乱れや血管の拡張が原因で起こります。
自律神経のバランスの乱れによる交感神経優位のストレスや、拡張した血管が神経を圧迫刺激することで 、痛みや体調不良を発生させます。
この自律神経の乱れや血管の拡張は、天気や気圧、気温、湿度の変化が原因であることが知られています。
気象の変化により耳奥の内耳のバランスが崩れるため、脳が混乱しストレスを感じて交感神経が優位となり、交感神経が痛覚を刺激します。そのため、古傷が痛みだしたり、様々な体調不良があらわれるのです。
まだメカニズムの詳細は解明されていません。
〇cause
Weather-related illness and weather-related pain are caused by autonomic nervous system imbalance and blood vessel dilation. Pain and poor health are caused by the stress of sympathetic nerve dominance due to an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system, and by dilated blood vessels compressing and stimulating the nerves. This autonomic nervous system imbalance and blood vessel dilation are known to be caused by changes in weather, air pressure, temperature, and humidity. Changes in weather disrupt the balance of the inner ear deep inside the ear, confusing the brain and causing stress, which leads to the sympathetic nervous system becoming dominant, which then stimulates pain.
This causes old injuries to start hurting and various other health problems to appear. However, the details of this mechanism have yet to be elucidated.
〇症状
頭痛、めまい、ふらつき、倦怠感、吐気、イライラやモヤモヤ感
腰痛・肩こり、関節痛・神経痛、蕁麻疹（じんましん）、メニエール病、古傷の痛み
