時間：初診時＝1時間30分　　2回目より1時間

• 初診料：1,500円
• 一般（自由診療）：2,200円
• 佐世保市国民健康保険：1,300円（1日1回）
  保険証・認印ご持参ください。
• 長崎県後期高齢者医療連合会：1,500円（月5回まで）

• 一症例、一部位、一局所追加：1,500円
• スーパーライザーPX（近赤外線レーザー治療器：第3世代）照射は1部位までは鍼灸治療費込となります。
  より良い効果のために2部位以上をお勧めいたしますが追加の場合は1部位につき100円追加費用となります 。

  One case, one localized area (shoulder only, lower back only)
  Time: First visit = 1 hour 30 minutes, 1 hour from the second visit
  ・Initial consultation fee: 1,500 yen
  ・General (private medical care): 2,200 yen
  ・Sasebo City National Health Insurance: 1,300 yen (once a day)

  ・Nagasaki Prefecture Association of Medical Care for the Elderly: 1,500 yen (up to 5 times a month)

  ・Additional fees per case, area, and local area: 1,500 yen
  ・For Super Laser PX (near-infrared laser treatment device: 3rd generation), the cost of acupuncture treatment is included in the cost of treatment up to one area.
  ・For better results, we recommend two or more areas, but additional areas will incur an additional charge of 100 yen per area.

  Since communication of consultation is important between patients and our clinic, interpreters and translation applications are inadequate and will interfere with the treatment. Please be sure to come to the clinic with a Japanese interpreter for your first visit.
